MMMMMMMM Pizza
The smell or sight of something wonderful to eat has had us all at one time or another salivating over the thought of consuming it but what drives the saliva to flood in your mouth full of specific enzymes to aid in digesting the food? How does your body know what chemicals to send and when if the body has only seen the pizza or smelled it? This process being based on experience either in this life or a past is a direct result of the smell or sight of food sparking a memory that ignites a symphony of magic within your body. You smelled, you thought and you salivated. The thought transformed the smell into memories which ignites more thoughts to start the process of digesting. The revelation that a thought could trigger so much within our bodies for digestion, sparked a curious notion of what else can they do? The mouth watering is something we seem to take for granted and just assume happens like breathing or our heart beating but there is more to it than those functions. Although monks can control their heart rate through meditation, the smell or sight is crucial in this process and the others are involuntary and must be done without choice. I can choose what I salivate over and what I do not. What one may find delicious another may find repulsive. The mind chooses through past experience whether the perceived smell or sight is pleasing to us thus sparking the process or causing another all together. Our thoughts are the most magnificent creation in the universe and our lack of understanding of their power and influence keeps our true nature and powers veiled to us.

Action Reaction
This law has depths that as humans we seem to, in modern times have a hard time wrapping our minds around. We realize that when we push a door it pushes back and only if strong enough will it open. The child is the perfect example of he who has learned the mystery of the door knob and lock only left frustrated by his lack of physical strength required to push open the door. The child is left to ask or cry for assistance or wait until he himself has developed the strength to open the door. This is so in the spiritual realm as well. Many times throughout our lives we meet with a door manifested through envy, jealousy, pride, gluttony, lies, hate, desire, deceit, isms or any way evil can manifest itself as a road block for our enlightenment/happiness. The funny thing about the spiritual world opposed to the material world is that it is controlled solely by you. Frustration being a tool of temptation only double locks the door and until the realization that you or someone special placed the door there for your own growth then it will remain locked without the slightest chance of entry. Realization is the key but an unlocked door that is to heavy to move is just as good as locked and this is where so many are lost to the dark side. In today’s world spirituality is a bygone art. Religion has polluted the occult knowledge or connection with the Deity to the point most are even embarrassed to practise it or claim it has real power and guess what they are right, in their reality. This notion of being powerless has completely disconnected us from our biggest helper. Bowing your head to pray and ask for help is only step one to the process. The other two steps are almost always left out and thus frustration resurfaces with bigger fangs and immunityto its last demise. However for the initiate of the occult, his head does bow and his mind becomes quiet for the answer. Then when his mind is clear he sets out to seek what has been asked of him from the Almighty and once this endeavored labor is complete his mind must accept his accomplishment and then merely knock upon the door for admission. The door can be our demise or our purpose. Our thoughts and actions make this decision. If your actions are distraught and miscalculated such will be the reaction that enters back into your life and the stronger you fight it the stronger it comes at you. This battle is in our perception of reality and as hard as we make our reality, it can also be made just the opposite. Smile and the spirit world smiles back, open a door for a stranger and a door will be opened for you in the material world or spiritual. Others will treat you just the same you treat them even if you keep a foul attitude bottled up for no one to see they can still smell it and they treat you accordingly. Remember you are in control. When the demons of bad attitude come close to your life just rare back and punch it square in the spiritual nose. The Supreme Architect is on our side and wants to assist us at all times by whispering good counsel in our ears. Hold your religion close because it is good but mix in YOUR spirituality. This I am afraid not many if any will understand so keep it a secret until you are confident with it. It is not important “they” know how to practise your spirituality it is only important you do.

Beautiful Butterfly
Butterflies are of no doubt a divine messenger amongst their many other functions. The final cycle of the life of a Butterfly is filled with charity and ends with beauty and grace, but this is not the case of the entire life cycle of the Butterfly. In the beginning stages of this life cycle before the metamorphosis has taken place the butterfly is a ravaging caterpillar (or teenager in humans)with what seems to be mindless destruction and careless risk. The caterpillar’s mentality is quite the contrary of the butterfly. Where the butterfly leaves little if any trace of it’s feeding the caterpillar takes and takes with no regard that they are eating prize winning roses in some cases to the roses demise. The caterpillar being capable of mass destruction is thought of as an enemy of most gardeners. Where as the butterfly is revered as a blessing for the procreation of crops and flowers and the two can become separated in our minds as one creature. The Butterfly would not be capable of it’s charity without the lesson hidden in the life cycle of their “destructive” days. Then when the caterpillar is tired and board it enters a stage of deep meditation which renders a divine metamorphosis into a creature almost opposite of it’s entered stage but essentially built on the lesson of it’s past. It is as if the Lord put the Butterfly through hell just to bring about a change that blossoms into one of the worlds greatest beauties and mysteries to ponder.

Thought in motion
I once heard the question “what is a thought made of”? They have to be made of something since it is a part of this reality even though it is all in our heads? This would surely mean that thoughts have power within our bodies and outside our bodies as well. Human consciousness is still a very new thing not having existed on this planet for even a 100,000 years and in the eyes of the cosmic God this is not even out of the womb yet. Our conscious is still just kicking about in the grand scheme of things. The instinctual being easy to master also hides the impossible which is where our true powers lie. There are flashes of this happening. We have all heard of a them they are usually called miracles on the large and profound scale. A loved one miraculously being healed or someone walking away from a horrific crash are all examples of flashes of divine intervention which is not at random but in that moment of clarity a connection is made and powers received. There are many lessons that must be mastered before one could wield this power in the minutest of capacity foremost knowing nothing is at all possible without the Deity’s guidance. Thoughts should be realized as our most valuable asset now and will be our most powerful ally once the impossible is unlocked. Look to the laws of nature for guidance into this power and remember “as above is below”.

The Hands of Charity
When you think of the word Charity what comes to mind? Is it the Red Cross or Salvation Army, maybe a church or do you think of one of the most powerful unseen forces we as humans can wield. Charity is a force that travels through all of time and echoes through eternity creating a rippling wave effect that crest on anything in it’s path endowing it or them with a desire to perpetuate the energy which they received. Charity is not just what the I.R.S. deems as a write off. Charity is the cornerstone for human kindness and has roots in something as simple as a wink and a smile. Holding the door open for someone can conjure thoughts of hope and gratitude, inspiring one another to greater deeds. The feeling that overwhelms us as humans when a good deed is accomplished is no coincidence. This is a road sign of life if you will that Charity is a Divine act and dually rewarded from the Most High by those emotions of empowerment. Let not the evil creep into your mind which whispers you do not have the time to assist your fellow man. Do not stand idly by while a brother or sister stands in need. Bring to them what you can offer even if it is a kind word that lets them know you care. These moments are when real a “write off” is earned a write off worth more than anything in this world, one that brings you happiness and a that feeling of peace.

Be Yourself and Be Happy
Seems to me that our attitude can greatly effect the outcome of reality to us as individuals and even on a larger scale when mastered. Your state of mind acts as an attractant for universal power with similar abilities as the one you carry so if negativity is what you have on your mind than negativity is seeping into your world from all around you and if you are happy, happiness will flood in. Very rarely does the man that believes he can’t do something actually does it or for that matter even try. Mother Teresa once said she “would never attend an-anti war rally but would attend any peace rally” this quote at first glance is almost meaningless as both rallies attempt to accomplish the same thing but a deeper look and you see the only difference beside the name is the attitude of the people at the rally. So no matter how rude someone may be you should be wary that this is evil or the devil trying to pull you and your attitude to his side the dark side if you will and continue that rudeness that was exhibited to you.

Music for the Soul
I often find myself marveling at the unique power music has on us as humans. Any part of life that we find important we are sure to incorporate music into it. Weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs, quinceaneras, birthdays, rituals, holidays, parties etc… We as humans try and infuse music into everything we do. I was once told the 11th commandment should be “Whistle why thy work” being young I thought it was funny at the time and could not see the wisdom in the statement but it held in my mind until I did. Music is one of those intangible things that can change our lives in an instant and the only thing I can think to compare it to is, Love. Music like love cannot be seen or held but can touch us to the very deepest parts of the soul and push that button that releases what need be released to free us from the bondage of this reality. Most folk have had a spiritual interaction with music in one manner or another. Whether it is apparent to them or not music has played an important role in molding and shaping who we are. There is no denying that music will line up and support ones mood or become a super catalyst for change if the mood is not right. In the midst of the great pain of death music has consoled generation after generation of humans comforting them in the vast darkness of life ending but just when you are sinking into the abyss of sadness the chords of Amazing Grace or some other tune that reminds you of the grace of the Almighty sends tears surging into your eyes to release the pain death causes. Music is the friend that is there in the thickest of time as death or the mundane times as traffic. Musical notes have been floating around since the beginning of space and time and carry great power of antiquity. The mere thought of harnessing that power is no short of phenomenal but the fact we have harnessed it in many many forms and instruments leaves one to believe we are much closer to the Most High than we give ourselves credit for.

Meditating Mind
Divination what is it and why did it get such a bad reputation? Webster’s defines divination as the art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers. 2: unusual insight: intuitive perception.
This definition can be misleading on the surface but really is spot on. Let us break it down first the foretelling of events which lead so many to think of the gypsy with the crystal ball depicted from TV who tells you generalized information that would fit us all and ultimately there to rip you off. Such may be the case on some levels but the foretelling of events is a real power one we all use everyday just on the smallest of levels and without even taking notice. Predicting how your boss will feel if you call in sick is foretelling that event to assist in your decision as insignificant as this may seem you are using a power. This same principle can be applied to anything, finding love, making money, happiness, whatever you may desire. It can be applied to the most mundane problem into the deepest depths of life. This skill may have to be practiced before it can be powerfully wielded but do not doubt it is real. This power of reason and foretelling is one of the main reasons we sit atop the food chain. Now on to the discovering of hidden knowledge, key word hidden or secret. Not that it is hidden in a cave in Mohave Desert this word hidden alludes to the fact that the hidden knowledge you find will be sacred only to yourself and will ultimately be kept secret from all others no matter how hard you try to teach someone “your” knowledge. It is “your” knowledge because you are who you are and nobody else can be exactly you. The use of omens and supernatural powers is another way of saying you are getting help from the Most High because all powers are derived from Him/Her especially supernatural ones. This is the very essence of what divination is, connecting to the messages sent from the Most High. Part 2 of the definition speaks of unusual insight and intuitive perception which on the most basic of levels is like said before perceiving how your boss will react to you calling in sick but when properly learned they do become unusual because most do not hone this power just as it is unusual for one to become an Olympian so is true with the ability to perceive possible future events in a clear manner but everyone has the ability to do it. This art is no more than talking with the Power behind the light and for one to imply that this should not be one of the most basic rights is attempting to control and cage minds that are designed in nature to act on their own and roam free.
